1. Service Description

IsleConvert provides free, web-based document conversion services. Our platform allows users to transform various file formats into PDFs and vice-versa. While we strive for 100% availability, these services are provided on an "as is" basis to keep them free for everyone.

2. User Conduct

As a member of our community, you agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, malware-infused, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary conversion engine.
  • Use automated scripts to scrape or overload our New York based servers.

3. Intellectual Property

The branding, design, and code that make up IsleConvert are our intellectual property. You retain all rights to the files you upload. We do not claim ownership of your data; we're just here to help you reshape it.

4. Disclaimers & Liability

We work hard to make our tools perfect, but we provide no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of conversions. IsleConvert is not liable for any data loss or damages arising from your use of the site. Please keep backups of your original documents!

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the vibrant courts of New York City, or better yet, over a friendly email at info@isleconvert.com.
